Patients will receive messages and reminders via email, text and phone calls to prepare them for surgery.
Reduce unnecessary visits
We will have a call-center available for any questions before or after surgery, as well as at home resources and Periop Ortho accessories for patients, such as dressing material.
Improved adherence & outcomes
Personalized care plans will be made for each patient, and questions will be answered in real time via our call center. Patients will undergo a pre-health visit to set them up for the best outcomes. They will receive a pre-op physical therapy session and post-op physical therapy to minimize the risks for fall and enhance recovery.
Reduced stress around surgery
Patients will be given written instructions about what to expect before, after and during surgery, such as where to go, what time to arrive, where to park, and what to bring to surgery
Providing peace of mind and trust
Patients will undergo a pre-health visit with home health to make sure they and their homes are prepared for surgery.
Reduce cancellations and missed appointments
We will ensure patients have transportation to and from surgery, caregivers at home, and will send reminders for appointments.
